Made-to-Order Products

All our products are made on demand, which means each item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference.

Please make sure to check sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item showing the issue

Once the claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following at no extra cost to you:

A replacement item, or

A refund, depending on availability and circumstances

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our side, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect care.
